Affairs. the Committee on Rules. the Committee to Audit and Control the Contingent Expenses of the Senate. the Committee on the Library. the Committee on Privileges and Elections. the Committee on Printing. the Committee on Claims. and the Committee on Manufactures. The work which is now being done by these regular standing committees would still have to be performed.
