Mr. Speaker. there are certain professional men of great influence. I speak particularly of clergymen. who in attacking our Congress. both branches thereof. because they are not satisfied with the speed with which Congress is operating. are doing a great disservice to the country. The Congress has managed the affairs of this Government for more than 150 years. as a result of which this Government is the -hope of the world.. Those who are offending most by lashing Congress are men who have come here from other countries. men who have been recently naturalized so that they can profess to speak as Americans.
