In the last Presidential campaign both of the major political parties of America declared in their national platforms their unqualified indorsements of this policy and threefourths of the State legislatures of the Union have adopted resolutions in support of Jewish aspirations in Palestine. The time for action is now. With worldwide hostilities at an end. all the powers of our Government should be exerted toward the immediate fulfillment of the policy to which America is so deftnitely committed. I earnestly hope that this Congress will use all of its great influence to persuade the Government of Great Britain to open the gates of Palestine to unrestricted Jewish immigration and colonization in the immediate future..
