The whitepaper was a bribebaksheeshfor the Arab aid in the war. That aid was not forthcoming. Instead. the Arabs in Iraq revolted against Britain. and the Arabs in Saudi Arabia would not even give a donkey. The Jews will not break the law. They will help downtrodden refugees to enter Palestine. There will be shooting. The responsibility is Britains.
