R. 3517 which extends to the East Indians. the same privileges that we have granted to the Chinese. Keeping in mind the best inteiests of our people. the best interests of our returning soldiers who will be looking for jobs. and knowing as we do that the tugofwar. between Uncle Sam and Joe Stalin is just starting in the Orient. the outcome of which will determine just what influence and position we will have in Asia during the coming years.
