In 1923 the United States Congress unanimously adopted a resolution supporting the Balfour Declaration and this same course was followed by 53 nations throughout the world. No formal action was ever taken by Great Britain to effectuate the Balfour Declaration. Today 100.000 Jews live in concentration camps throughout Europe with no homes to go to and their only haven of refuge is Palestine who can absorb them without any cost or burden to world society and I appeal to the leaders of Great Britain who seek justice for their people now to apply it to the stricken Jews of the world and permit the immediate immigration of these 100.000 Jews to Palestine. I include an open letter to Prime Minister Attlee:
