They are specially trained to accept a lien upon their interest in the Bill of Rights. My emigrant father and mother came to this country from Scotland because of the freedom and liberty enjoyed by the people of this Nation. They had read about it. The Scots love freedom too and so they set sail for this country because they knew of the blessed heritage that was Americas.
