OConnor. of Los Angeles. as follows: Inquiry was made of the local office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding this alien. immediately following the filing of his petitiol for naturalization. with negative results. Mr. Rohls petition for naturalization was heard by the court on September 15. 1941. along with the petitions of other aliens. It was the practice at that time. when a case had facts to be presented to the court. to prepare a written report to the court reciting the relevant facts. Enclosed herewith is a copy of this report to the court. The facts in the case were presented to the court without objection and without recommendation.
