In the last three or four years there have come into the United States nobody knows exactly how many thousands. perhaps hundreds of thousands of refugees. They are here for the duration of the war. we are told. they were brought in here in violation of the immigration laws. We just winked at them and let them come in here. We let them have refuge until the war is over. The children of those people are citizens of the United States by virtue of having been born on American soil. If they go back to other countries with their parents this would give the children the right to come back to the United States and claim citizenship?
