I just want to make a brief statement. I had nothing whatsoever to do with making the quorum call. but in view of the fact that the parliamentary situation is such that immediately following the remarks of the gentleman from Pennsylvania we will have a vote on an amendment. I would like very briefly to state what that amendment is. All it proposes to do is to insert the word "used" in the clause where the Immigration Division is given funds for the purchase of 150 cars. Evidence has come out that there are only 10.000 new cars in the country. They just will not go around.
