But there are those who have been standing on the fringe of equal opportunity for generations. or who have been discriminated against for fear of aiding the enemy. There are the million refugees who have fled the Axis combine to seek freedom and work within our shores. There is the American Indian. who receives only a minimum share in our industrial systembut whose inherent craft skill no one questions. Some 20.000.000 of our people are immigrant or first- or secondgeneration Germans. Italians. Jews.
