I reserve the right to object.. This deals with one of our most important subjects in respect to our citizenship. I do not think the bill should be called up. For that reason I object. I do not see the gentleman from California on the floor. and I regret very much that some ofmy col-. leagues on the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization did not make inquiry yesterday why there should be objection to something that is so urgent and which is so greatly needed and the immediate passage of which means so much to the war effort. What does H. R. 4103 provide?
