I am certain that General Benitez will be more than willing to present to a special committee of this House some of the sensational documentary evidence now in the files of his departmentevidence which will prove that Hitler is using his Spanish puppet government as a weapon against the United Nations. When he arrives in the United States. General Benitez too will be a symbol: A symbol of the determination of all friends of democracy in Latin America to maintain an unceasing war against the HitlerFranco Falange.
