That is right. But. take the number 105. for instance. I have a deep appreciation for the sincere apprehension on the part of some that this might be a wedge to let in more than that number of Chinese. But no intelligent person in this House can say that our quota system and our present strict immigration laws have not controlled all such cheap labor threats since the laws were enacted. There is no reason why the same laws should not control 105 Chinese. Do you know how many that will mean per State? Two.
