We will not have to sacrifice so many American soldiers if we will do all in our power to keep China in the war and fighting on our side. As I stated before. Japanese propaganda is as potent as Japanese guns and anything we can do to counteract it is of vast military importance. So I say to you. what I did in asking for the repeal of the exclusion act was motivated by the desire to help my country to keep China in this war. Any statement made to the effect that I was trying to break down our immigration bars is not true .and not based on facts.
