But may I say to the Members of the House that the present setup of the delegation to be sent to the Refugee Conference in Bermuda is composed of the gentleman from New York and Senator LUCAS. without any minority party representation. Unless there is minority representation. the Republicans of the House will not be -committed to any. action that may be taken in Bermuda. We have a right and we demand minority representation at this conference and at all other important international conferences.
