Mr. Chairman. I rise. to correct the statement which the gentleman from Texas made to the effect that this title in this bill is the same as a bill that the Immigration and Naturalization Committee has voted out. It is not. There are vital differences. I call the attention of the gentleman to that fact. and say that so far as the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization is concerned. we have no objection to striking this entire title out of the bill. and then bringing up for consideration of the Naturalization and Immigra.tion Committee a bill which should have properly come from that committee in the first place.
