Let me state it this way: A -man who has been out of prison for a number of years. we have no place to send him. What are you going to do with him? He is leading a clean life. He is behaving himself. The moment he does. not behave himself the present law can take care of him. The present immigration law could bring him in before the present commissioners and take care of that kind of a case. Or it can bring in the alien who has violated the law and take care of his case. What is the sense of scaring the people with the Hobbs concentrationcamp bill?
