And the bill speaks also of foreign agents active in our country. and in times of crisis we may need to take special measures to deal with foreign agents. But that is not this bill. This. remember. is an immigration bill. This is a concentrationcamp bill. This is a bill. introduced and sponsored through the highest motives. which nevertheless actually takes over from the book of tyranny one of the most vicious of its chapters.
