All the information I have had. either by word of mouth or by letter. from persons who have actually made the passage. is to the effect that In innumerable instances aiiens and refugees have been given preference. I can speak personally with reference to one trip. That was the trip I mentioned a moment ago. at the time I came back from Le Havre in September 1939.
