If such a registration and fingerprintIng bill had been passed several years ago we would not today be having trouble with saboteurs and spies in this country. but every time anyone gets up and says something for the benefit of America and tries to do something for his own country. a number of persons say that he is a "fifth columnist." or that he is unAmerican. or something else.
