The South has given the supreme mandate for it and for the first time since Lincoln the Negro vote may be included with the solid South. The day may not be far when a Negro Governor of Virginia will be laying the cornerstone of a monument to Booker T. Washington on the present site of a statue of Jefferson Davis. a day when the vicious ban on Chinese immigration will have been lifted and labor will have replaced the parasitic and snobbish aristocracy that have cursed England and perpetuated to now the race problem of which we are only now finding the solution. Does anyone think that any Negro in the Nation was a party to circulating such literature? Of course not.
