Last year we passed a law that provides for the setting up a court down here made up of someone from the Department of Labor. the Department of Justice. and the Department of State. Set up a court of three men and let those men pass on these peoples cases. Let all have a chance to present their cases and give this board a chance to recommend to Congress certain cases. if any. that are deserving and that cannot get justice because of a deficiency in legal remedies. There are a lot of fine. deserving aliens in this country who ought not to be deported. They have been here a long time. they have raised families and formed many associations. We should show compassion to them.
