In my work in connection with immigration and naturalization I have always found it very satisfactory and very worth while to consult the Secretary of States office. I have done that in all my experience here. regardless of whether he was a Republican or a Democrat. because the career men in the office of Secretary of State generally know this subject. They generally know it well.
