Monday is District day. and I understand the Committee on the District of Columbia will probably bring up a reorganization bill. If that is disposed of. the Committee on Naval Affairs has three small bills which they expect to get up by unanimous consent. On Tuesday the socalled navalhousing bill carrying. I think. a $150.000.000 authorization will be considered. Wednesday we plan to take up the bill providing for the codification of the naturalization laws. As stated by the gentleman from Kentucky . the conference report on the selectiveservice bill may be filed on Wednesday to be taken up Thursday. but I will make this statement. Mr.
