This does not interfere at all with our immigration laws. Most of these children will come into the country under temporary visas of 6 months duration. If the war is over in 6 months. they will go back home. If the war should continue for a year. I assume the visas would be extended another 6 months. If anyone wants to come in from England under the American quota. the quota is far from exhausted. and if these children want to come in permanently. they can come in until the quota is exhausted. But. according to the British Government as announced by its Ambassador.
