President. under the head of resolutions I also ask that there be printed in the RECORD a resolution adopted by the Junior Order United American Mechanics. at Philadelphia. Pa.. signed by Mr. James L. Wilmeth. secretary. in regard to stopping all immigration for the next 10 years. or until such time as every American citizen shall have found employment. Some time ago I introduced a bill in the Senate. now pending before the Immigration Committee. providing that no one shall be permitted to enter this country from foreign shores until every one of our American citizens has been provided with employment. The resolution to which I refer has to do with that subject.
