The morning Washington Daily News today carries a long story indicating some opposition to this transfer. and In one paragraph it is stated: When President Roosevelt announced the transfer of this agency at a White House press conference. it was made known it was to coordinate the Immigration Bureau more closely with the work of the F. B. I. Now. is the F. B. I. going to administer this division in the Department of Justice. or is Mr. Biddle going to have a separate division in the Department of Justice and operate as a separate organization?
