In answer to the suggestion of the Senator from Arkansas that the bill which we expect to report will satisfy the Senator from North Carolina so far as the deportation of aliens is concerned. let me ask whether it is in the thought of the Senator from North Carolina that since this matter relates to labor employment. in view of the present emergency in regard to Army contracts and Navy contracts. irrespective of whether or not aliens ought to be deported it is not wise to hire large numbers of them in these services? Is that in the Senators mind?
