I am not a constitutional lawyer. I have never posed as one. I have never contended I was one. but I wish to say that if the Constitution of the United States as it is constructed now is not sufficient to protect American citizens and give them preference over foreigners. noncitizens and aliens. the Constitution of the United States should be changed. It was my opinion that the Constitution of the United States was created for the purpose of protecting the people of the United States. It has never been my opinion that the Constitution was drafted by our forefathers for the purpose of protecting the nationals of other countries of the world.
