I will say to our distinguished leader I have given only 90 percent of the jobs to citizens of the United States. and I am perfectly willing to give 10 percent to foreigners. There is no other country in the world that would even think of giving 10 percent of the available work to foreigners. Let an American go to France or to England or to any other country in the world and try to get a job. or try to get relief or try to get help. he would be kicked out or put in jail. This Is the only country in the world that gives such consideration to noncitizens.
