It is possible that some who have gone into Mexico might be of that class. I do not know. I know that many of them would desperately want to get out of Germany. and since it has been indicated that access to the United States is much more easily achieved from Mexico than from European countries. of course the refugees in desperation would exercise all possible ingenuity in attempting to get into the United States. where some refuge could be found. Without attempting in anywise to suggest anything as to the merits. of the Senators argument. I am wondering if it is not possible that some of the persons who are entering Mexico are refugees. and perhaps hate what is going on in Europe as much as we do.
