Mr. Speaker. it was my privilege to serve with our late colleague. the Honorable J. WILL TAYLOR. on the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization. Mr. TAYLOR. during the 7 years I served on that committee as one of his associates. was the ranking member of the committee and rendered valuable assistance to me and to the remainder of my colleagues on the committee. I was sincerely grieved when the information of his passing came to me in California. As a member of the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization I offered in the committee a resolution with regard to the passing of our late colleague. and this resolution was unanimously adopted by the committee. I ask unanimous consent that I may insert this resolution at this point in the RECORD.
