That Benno von Mayrhauser and Oskar von Mayrhauser. of Kiel. Germany. shall be admitted to the United States of America for permanent residence here. notwithstanding any provision of the immigration laws of the United States now in effect: Provided. That the said Benno von Mayrhauser and Oskar von Mayrhauser shall not be eligible to become citizens Of the United States.
