I would rather complete my statement. although I have no disposition to fail to answer any questions. I do want to make certain observations and I shall hope that later I shall have time to answer your questions. I trust that it will be possible for this measure to be considered by the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization. I have been somewhat worried at the delay of the committee in calling a hearing to date. I have asked for it repeatedly. but I do not want to give the impression that I feel the committee has not acted In good faith.
