PARKS The bill to admit Mrs. Henry Francis Parks permanently to the United States was considered. ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. read the third time. and passed. as follows: Be it enacted. etc.. That notwithstanding the provisions of section 13 (c) of the Immigration Act of 1924 (43 Stat. 153. U. S. C.. title 8. sec. 213c) xelating to the exclusion from the United States of aliens ineligible to citizenship. Mrs. Henry Francis Parks shall be granted an immigration visa and admitted into the United States if she applies for such visa and admission within 6 months from the date of the enactment of this act and is found to be otherwise admissible under the immigration laws.
