Mr. Speaker. I have bills here involving two cases. I have worked as diligently as I could on them. bul .the committee has not been able to get the bills through in time for them to be acted on. One of the cases involves a young man whose father came to this country and was naturalized. The young man was advised by his parents to come to this country before he was 21. otherwise he would have to stay in Italy. He came to this country as a stowaway. His father became a citizen right away and the rest of the family was brought here.
