I have several hundred of them in my district. and I am proud of them. I am proud of their loyalty to our country and its traditions. I am proud of the thrift they have displayed and the contribution they have made to my district and to my country. They came to America to better their condition and to help us build up this country. and to that end they consecrated their talents unstintedly. They availed themselves of the first opportunity to renounce foreign political ties and become naturalized American citizens. But. on the contrary. Mr. Speaker. we have millions of others who came over imbued with an entirely different spirit and different viewpoint.
