Those who have financial and political influence and those who will be physically fit. They will be able to take the places of our men and women in commercial and industrial activities and probably at low wages if necessary. When this great crowd of refugees is brought here it must be remembered that they come for permanent residence. We will never be able to deport them. Why? For the simple reason that there will be no place to which they can be deported. Nobody will take them back. Neither our financial nor our economic structure. strained to the limit as it is. can stand this additional strain.
