The aliens who are the subject matter of the discussion in Congress in the last 2 or 3 years. about 3.000. known to be subject to deportation but deportation is stayed pending the enactment of legislation permitting them to stay in this country. which legislation has not been enactedthat is the list I am talking about. and if there is any difference as to just what we are talking about.
