I am not unfriendly. but we are building up this propaganda that we out in our section cannot raise anything any more. They are going to sod us down and let us go. This representative for the railroad calls them the drought refugees of the West. A Member of the House who appeared before the committee absentmindedly called the Dust Bowl all of that section of the United States east of the Rocky Mountains. He was thinking that. but did not mean to say that.
