Homio Mori Moto came to this country when h was a child. He is. a Japanese and ineligible to citizenship in our country. When he grew up he married an American woman and has a child by that wife. which is. of course. an American citizen. This man. if he were to go back to his country. as he desires to do. for a few weeks on account of the Illness of his old mother. cannot be readmitted to this country. Bear in mind that he is not eligible to deportation. He cannot be excluded. He has been in this country so long that under our laws he cannot be excluded.
