We hope and trust that this section of the KerrCoolidge bill will be decisively rejected. Mr. President. let us see what the American Federation of Labor has to say about its immigration policy. I cite Senators respectfully to page 140 of the report of the executive council of the American Federation of Labor. Upon the folder containing it there are printed the words. "Held at Atlantic City. N. J.. October 7 to 19. inclusive. 1935." The title of the paragraph to which I refer is "Immigration". starting on page 140 and running through the second paragraph on page 141. I ask that that be embodied in the RECORD as a part of my remarks.
