According to the report sent here by Colonel MacCormack. of the Immigration Bureau. one would think that fellow descended from heaven with wings. clothed in raiment of white. and had found footing upon a pedestal of ivory. but I began to look into the record of that gentleman and I found that I was not far wrong.
