It might contain errors. Mr. Chairman. here is an appeal on the part of 2.600 deportables. many of them technical cases. where it is impossible for them to prove anything. Upon these men and Women are dependent nearly 7.500 American children and American women who will be thrown upon the relief rolls. Is there not a spark of mercy and charity in the Members of the House to give this element a stay until such time as a law may be enacted by the Congress?
