I ask unanimous consent to have printed in the RECORD an address entitled "The Deportation of the Criminal Alien " delivered July 16. 1935. at the meeting of the American Bar Association in Log Angeles by Hon. J. Weston Allen. Mr. Allen. who was formerly attorney general of Massachusetts. is now a member of Attorney General Cummings Advisory Committee on Crime. He is also chairman of the National Crime Commission. a vice president of the American Bar Association. and a member of the council of its criminal law section. The address which he delivered on the Deportation of Criminal Aliens is an able discussion of the deportation bill which is now pending in the Senate.
