No. I do not put anybody in that class. I am simply trying to give you a picture. The gentleman from Texas. Mr. BLANTON. during the present session of Congress on the floor of the House. has been consistent in his objection to the regular procedure for the consideration of bills before the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization. The burden of his speeches has been a plea to deport aliens and keep out aliens and thereby make places for American workmen. Judging from the RECORD. let us see if he really has been consistent.
