That jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the United States District Court for the District of Oregon to hear. determine. and render judgment upon any suit in equity brought by Rakha Singh Qherwal against the United States for the purpose of setting aside the default decree of such court rendered November 21. 1924. canceling the certificate of naturalization no. 1649806 of such Rakha Slngh Gherwal. SEC. 2. Such suit in equity may be instituted at any time within 6 months after the enactment of this act. notwithstanding the lapse of time or any statute of limitation.
