They are here and they do not want to be sent back to Russia because they claim to be afraid of execution. While most of this is propaganda. I do not want to send them back for fear that there are a few meritorious cases. I do not know of anybody who wants to send them back if they are in serious danger. Let them stay here. they have been here ever since the World War. If we want to reach them. the proper way to do it would be to amend the deportation law to exempt from deportation certain individuals under certain conditions. making the exemption fit the case of these White Russians.
