This Is a case where a friend gave a bond for an individual who was here illegally. He gave the bond in good faith. and when he was informed that the man had not surrendered he looked for him and the man had disappeared. He worked on the matter for nearly a year or a year and a half and helped apprehend the man. He did apprehend him. and finally the individual was deported. I think he has acted as a good. loyal citizen in the performance of his duty. and that he should not be punished for his effort and service that he rendered in apprehending the man.
